Everything you’ll eat at the restaurant is organic. Fortunately, one of their Bentonville locations is close to where my wife and I live.If you are looking for an organic breakfast, the War Eagle Mill is the place to go. They now have two locations in Bentonville, one in nearby Springdale and a fourth restaurant in Fayetteville, Arkansas. The Buttered Biscuit is locally owned and operated. This is another popular Northwest Arkansas restaurant so expect it to be busy especially on the weekends. They both really enjoyed the food and I am sure would like to go back the next time they are in Northwest Arkansas. We took my daughter, her husband and their little boy here when they were visiting from out of town. The Buttered Biscuit is only open for breakfast and lunch. It was clear to us that the owners and staff here are on a mission to provide tasty, healthy, and well prepared food for their patrons. Talking to our server we were impressed by her enthusiasm and knowledge about the ingredients in the various menu items. I like to eat at restaurants that take pride in the food they serve. The park encompasses a natural preserve of native flora and fauna. The trails are well marked and maintained. If you like to take casual strolls after dinner Louise is located close to Osage Park and Lake Bentonville. It is a great place to meet friends or relax before or after dinner. It has a large gas burning fireplace and a comfortable seating area. They do have a nice waiting area in front of the restaurant but still inside the building. The restaurant has limited inside seating so it would be a good idea to call ahead on the busy weekends. The serving size is small so there is always room for dessert. It looks delicious! The food overall is well prepared and tasty. We haven't had their brunch yet but I did review the menu last time we ate here. You will have a panoramic view of the air field, and Lake Bentonville located within nearby Osage Park. You also are within clear sight of the runways and you can watch airplanes land and take off while you dine.ĭuring warmer weather you can choose to eat outside on the restaurant's large roomy deck. If you dine inside you have a wide open view of the airplanes that are parked within just a few yards of the restaurant. The views from the restaurant are captivating.
